KCC Institute of Technology and Management offers a full time 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The academic council of the institute closely monitors the ongoing development in the corporate arena, and is prompt to bring in qualitative changes in the curriculum or methodologies so as to offer a world class course curriculum.
The PGDM programme inculcates rigorous and intensive integrated teaching to prepare the students to take up business and managerial positions in any environment. The main highlighting is on the combination of core business subjects and soft skill courses that lead to total personality development of the students.
About PGDM Course
The course is of two years, and full time. Each year has 3 trimesters. At the end of the third trimester, a student will undergo summer training of 8-10 weeks and submit project report within 2 weeks of commencement of 4th trimester. In sixth trimester, the student has to submit dissertation.
Orientation Session
The course begins with an orientation session to help the students feel at home. The aim of this program is to acclimatize them to the new environment in which they would study for two years. The orientation program encapsulates the understanding of various customs, rules, regulations, procedures related to academics and systems prevailing in the institute along with discussion on current affairs, emerging technologies & proposed annual events etc.
