CUET 2026 Exam Dates Result and time, Documents, Guidelines

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the CUET UG 2026 subject correction session for registered applicants on April 17, 2026. Students who previously registered and paid their fees had until April 19, 2026, till 11:50 PM to visit the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in and change their previously chosen subjects. The CUET UG 2026 topic correction facility was closed at 11:50 PM, April 19, 2026.
NTA reopened a special registration window for 3 days from February 23 to 26, 2026, with no correction window facility. Students who missed the original deadline of January 30, 2026, or the extended window till February 4, 2026, were allowed to register for the exam during this special window.
The NTA released the original CUET UG 2026 application form on January 3, 2026, for candidates who wish to apply for UG courses in reputed universities and colleges all across India. The application form was released alongside the CUET official notification.
The last date to fill out the application form for CUET UG 2026 was January 30, 2026, up to 11:50 PM, and candidates had to pay their application fee by January 31, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.
However, due to countless requests for extension of registration made by the candidates, NTA released the new extended dates on January 30, 2026. According to the renewed dates, the registration will last till February 4, 2026, up to 9:00 PM, while the last date to pay the fee will be February 7, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.
The application form correction window was also extended, which took place from February 9 to February 11, 2026, which was initially planned from February 2 to 4, 2026. The exam is set to take place from May 11 to 31, 2026. The exact dates for CUET UG exams, along with the city slip will be released by the end of April 2026, tentatively.

Important Instructions CUET UG 2026:
Students can apply for CUET UG 2026 through the “Online” mode only on the website https://cuet.nta.nic.in/. The Application Form in any other method will not be accepted.
Only one application is to be submitted by an applicant. Under no conditions will candidates be allowed to fill more than one Application Form.
Candidates have to strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin available on the website https://cuet.nta.nic.in/. Students not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
Candidates have to ensure that the e-mail address and mobile number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or parents/guardians' only, as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered mobile number only.

285 Indian cities and 15 foreign countries will host the CUET UG 2026 exam. Candidates can select up to four desired CUET exam centers in order of preference when completing the online form. The enrolled applicants will receive the CUET city intimation slip 2026 from NTA probably in the first week of May 2026. You must have received an overall grade in your 10+2 exam of at least 60% if you want to sit for the CUET UG 2026 exam.
