B.Com Honours stands for Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) - a specialized undergraduate degree program that dives deeper into commerce studies. GGSIPU Bcom Hons Eligibility Criteria

As per the B. Com Honours eligibility criteria, a student must score 50% in aggregate in Class 12th Examination/ senior school certificate Examination for B. Com Honours admission. The student has to clear five subjects (One language and four elective subjects) OR an examination equivalent to that.

B. Com Honours Admissions through CUET

The B. Com Honours admissions are done strictly on merit through a Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by the The National Testing Agency (NTA).

Therefore, a student can attend the counselling to further proceed with the B.Com Honours admission process only when he/she satisfies the above-mentioned criteria and also qualifies for the CUET exam.

B.Com. (Hons.) Admissions through Management Quota

For B. Com Honours admission through Management Quota, A student must score 50% in Aggregate in class 12th examination and must have passed English (Core/Elective/Functional) as a subject and also obtained a rank in CUET of GGSIPU.

Therefore, a student must qualify the above mentioned criteria and also qualified the CUET of GGSIPU.

Our B. Com Honours program is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is the First University established in 1998 by the Government of NCT of Delhi under the GGSIPU Act 1998. GGSIPU is recognized by the UGC (University Grant Commission), India under section 12B of the UGC Act. It is a NAAC ‘A’ Grade University.

Scholarships and Fee Structure (By Centre & State Government)

Scholarships based on class 12th score

90% and above in eligibility subjects - 50% of the first year course fee
85%-89% in eligibility subjects - 25% of the first year course fee.
80%-84% in eligibility subjects - 15% of the first year course fee

* This scholastic scholarship is granted only inthe first year

NOTE- Relaxation of 5% to girl students on the above mentioned percentage.

Sports Scholarship

Zonal Zonal Level Player : 5% of fee each year
State State Level Player : 10% of fee each year
National National Level Player : 15% of fee each year

Defence Scholarship

Children of defence personnel's are ofered scholarship to the extent of 10% of fee each semester. The student has to produce card of his parent at the time of admission as a proof of service. The scholarship is also offered to wards of Ex-servicemen.

Bank Loan

Students can avail study loan from any of the nationalized banks.
