Workflow for the IPU CET 2026 Exam Day
The IPU CET 2026 Exam Day Workflow can help candidates feel less anxious. Events that might happen on exam day are listed below.
Frisking can occur during examination and at admission gates. It is strongly urged that candidates refrain from bringing any forbidden objects to the testing location. Any candidate may have their candidacy rejected if it is discovered that they have any of these gadgets or papers.
Additionally, candidates are encouraged not to bring any expensive or important things to the exam centre because the exam centre cannot guarantee their safekeeping and cannot be held accountable for their theft, loss, or safe custody.
The candidate will move to the designated computer node after completing the biometric attendance registration and taking a photo at the registration desk. Before they leave the computer lab after the computer-based test is over, the candidates will show up for biometric re-verification. As their biometrics from the CBT may be validated in the subsequent steps of the selection process, the candidate should make sure that their biometric image and photograph are taken correctly during biometric verification.
Ten minutes before the start of the test, the candidate will get their User ID and password at their designated computer terminal for the Computer-Based Test (CBT). To take the computer-based test, the candidate must input their login credentials, which will be given at the testing location. After logging in, candidates must confirm that their name and photo appear correctly on the computer screen.
Arrangements for PwD Candidates
Candidates with disabilities of 40% or more may, if they so choose, have their own scribe mark their responses (answers) as long as they present the original medical certificate from a qualified medical authority at the time of admission to the testing facility.
A 50-minute compensatory time will be granted to all applicants with disabilities, in addition to the standard examination period of 2:30 hours. The GGSIPU website will include a scribe declaration form, which must be downloaded, completed, and brought on the exam day with the admit card.
