September Session Dates
The registrations for the MAT 2025 exam for the September session were held from 23 July to 22 September 2025 for CBT mode exams, and from 23 July to 15 September 2025 for PBT mode exams.
The admit cards for the September session exams were made available from 25 to 28 September 2025 for CBT, and from 18 to 21 September 2025 for PBT.
The exams for the September session were held on 21 September 2025 for the PBT mode, and on 28 September for the CBT mode.
The results for both the CBT mode and the PBT mode exams held in the September session will be released shortly.
Special July Session Dates
A special July session was held by the AIMA to give candidates a final opportunity to gain admission to MBA/PGDM programs for the current academic year of 2025-27. The exam was held only in CBT mode.
The registrations for the MAT 2025 exam for the special July session were held from 18 June to 14 July 2025 for the CBT mode.
The admit cards for the special July session were released on 17 July 2025.
The CBT exam for the special July session was held on 20 July 2025.
The results for the CBT exam for the special July session were released on 24 July 2025.
May Session Dates
The registration for the May Session of the MAT exam 2025 in PBT mode started on April 5, 2025, and continued till May 25, 2025, while the registration for the CBT mode exams started on April 5, 2025, and continued till June 2, 2025.
The admit cards for registered candidates for the May session exams in PBT mode were made available from May 28, 2025, till May 31, 2025. The admit cards for the CBT mode were made available to download for registered candidates from June 5, 2025, till June 8, 2025.
The PBT version of the May session exam was held on May 31, 2025.
The CBT version of the May session exam was held on 8 June 2025.
The results for both the PBT and CBT versions of the May session were released in the first week of July 2025.
February Session Dates
The PBT version of the MAT exam 2025 was administered on March 9, 2025. The MAT 2025 admit card for the PBT February session was released from 5 to 9 March 2025.
The February phase of MAT CBT took place on March 23, 2025. The MAT 2025 admit card for the CBT February session was released from 17 to 23 March 2025.
The results for both PBT and CBT versions were released on March 31, 2025.
The MAT registration 2025 CBT deadline for the February session was March 12, 2025. Candidates paid a registration fee of INR 2100 to complete the MAT 2025 application form. There were just two MAT sessions planned for the February 2025 phase. The current 2025 MAT exam sessions do not have an IBT mode exam.
MAT Exam Date 2025 : Overview
The Management Aptitude Test, or MAT, is administered four times a year by the All India Management Association. The exam provides admission to more than 800 business institutions in India for PGDM and MBA programs.
The September version of the MAT 2025 is over for both PBT and CBT sessions. The PBT and CBT exams concluded on September 21 and September 28, 2025. The application for both PBT and CBT versions were concluded on September 15 and 22, respectively.
Two methods are used to administer the MAT exam 2025: online or computer-based test (CBT), and offline or paper-based test (PBT). The Internet-based Test IBT version were not conducted all through the MAT 2025 exam. Candidates must verify their MAT eligibility criteria 2025 on the website before submitting a test application.
The MAT exam pattern 2025 has 150 questions in total in 5 sections. More than 500 MBA/PGDM colleges are accepting the MAT Result 2025 for MBA admission in 2025.
