CLAT Syllabus 2024: On July 1, 2023, the Consortium of National Law Universities issued the updated exam format and CLAT 2024 syllabus. The exam format has changed for CLAT 2024, despite the syllabus remaining the same as for the previous year. The CLAT UG exam now contains 120 questions instead of 150, which should make it less intimidating. The CLAT syllabus is divided into five sections: English Language, Current Affairs, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. Neither the CLAT LLM syllabus nor the exam format have changed for postgraduate students. There will be 120 questions on a variety of legal themes in the exam. CLAT Syllabus 2024

The syllabus for the CLAT entrance exam consists of five divisions, as was already established. According to the exam format, each of these parts has a set weight, and the quantity of questions in the question paper is based on that weight. CLAT Syllabus 2024 for English Language

The CLAT 2024 exam's English portion consists of passage-based comprehension questions. These extensive passage tests evaluate the candidate's language comprehension, inference and conclusion-drawing skills, summarizing abilities, and ability to recognize arguments and points of view. Candidates are recommended to study Word Power Made Easy by Norman Lewis and High School English Grammar and Composition by Wren & Martin in order to get ready for the English section of CLAT 2024. CLAT Syllabus 2024 for General Knowledge and Current Affairs

There will be comprehension-style passage-based questions from Static General Knowledge and Current Affairs in this portion of the CLAT 2024 syllabus. Questions about current events in India and throughout the world, including those about the arts and culture, international relations, and historical events and their significance, will make up the General Knowledge part. Pratiyogita Darpan and Lucent's General Knowledge are helpful resources for candidates in this subject. For current events preparation, reading national newspapers would also be beneficial.

CLAT Syllabus 2024 for Legal Reasoning

There will be four hundred word comprehension-style passages in the legal aptitude part of CLAT 2024. There will be objective-style questions after the comprehension-style passages. The Legal Reasoning section will assess candidates' general knowledge of current legal and moral issues, as well as their ability to recognize and deduce the passage's rules and principles, apply those rules and principles to a variety of factual scenarios, and comprehend how modifications to the rules or principles may affect
