On 03 January 2026, the CUET UG 2026 application forms was made available. The CUET application form 2026 will be submitted by 31 January 2026 (up to 11.50 PM) on the same day, the application fee must be paid. The application process is completely online via the official website, and no other means of application will be accepted.
The correction window will be opened on February 2 and will close on February 4, 2026, up to 11:50 PM, for candidates who want to make changes in their form. They can choose up to 5 subjects in their application form that align with their Class 12th subjects
The exam will be conducted in an online Computer-Based Test Mode. The candidates can now download the CUET UG syllabus PDF for 37 subjects, including 23 domain subjects, 13 languages, and 1 General Aptitude Test. The exam pattern and marking scheme will remain the same as last year.
NTA will obtain the applicant’s personal information from UIDAI records as mentioned on their Aadhaar Cards, except their mother/father/guardian name, which is not mentioned on the Aadhaar Records. Failing to do so will have their application forms rejected.
Applicants with disabilities must have their UDID card/disability certificate validated, renewed, and updated as required.
Applicants from SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS must also have their category certificate validated, renewed, and updated as required.
Applicants from different categories will have to pay their registration fee, according to their categories. They must pay their registration fee before 31 January 31, 2026, till 11:50 PM, during a credit/debit card, UPI, internet banking, etc.

The NTA has published a list of the 24 CUET UG Help Centers where applicants can go to get help filling out and submitting the application. There will be a specific person in charge of assisting candidates at each center. Receiving assistance from the CUET UG Help Centers is free of charge.
Aadhaar Verification Mandatory
The NTA has released a public notification dated December 4, 2025, to reduce the procedural challenges faced by CUET UG 2026 candidates when completing the application. According to the notification, NTA would use Aadhaar authentication to retrieve students' personal information from UIDAI databases, including name, address, date of birth, gender, and photo. Since the Aadhaar card does not contain this information, they must enter their mother's and father's names individually on their application. During the application period, candidates will have the opportunity to correct any discrepancies between their personal information and their Aadhaar data and their 10th grade academic certificate or marksheets.
CUET PG 2026 Registration Process Begins
The National Testing Agency started registration for the Common University Entrance Exam (CUET-PG) 2026 on December 14, 2026. Candidates can submit their CUET PG 2026 Application form through the official website at cuet.nta.nic.in. The last day to submit applications form for CUET PG 2026 is January 14, till 11:50 pm. According to the official timetable. Step 3: Choose a Test Site:
Applicants must rank their top two exam state and city selections in order of preference before selecting an exam site.
Step 4: Choose a University or Program:
Applicants must select one or more universities and programs from the dropdown menu and then click the Add button to submit an application for each. By selecting the "Change" tab, candidates can modify the universities or programs they have chosen.
Step 5: Choose a Test Paper or Subject:
Applicants can choose up tp 5 papers. Candidates must choose their preferred medium or language for the question paper in addition to their subject. Candidates must choose NA: Not Applicable for the remaining topic categories if they choose fewer than 10 subjects.
